Multi-location coworking brand unification

The Nexus Workspaces

CGI Merchant Group acquired five Florida coworking locations serving 800+ members and needed immediate marketing materials to unify the brand experience for current and future tenants. The project deadline was aggressive, requiring a brand refresh, color pallet update, detailed location-specific floor plan graphics, and tenant onboarding materials.

  • Developed detailed floor plan maps for all five locations (Wellington, West Palm Beach, Stuart, Boynton Beach, and Boca Raton)
  • Designed custom presentation folders with modular fact sheet inserts for location-specific information
  • Created registration kit systems adaptable for each location’s specific needs
  • Coordinated production and distribution across multiple Florida markets

Impact: Successfully launched unified marketing presence across all five acquired locations, supporting seamless brand transition for 800+ existing members while establishing consistent acquisition marketing materials.

Deliverables:

  • Brand audit and identity refinement
  • Multi-location marketing system
